With that said, the problem to me appears that Liberator is activating cards in contravention to the written rules. It is freeing (returning a lord to the free lords zone) and not recruiting, so powers for recruiting shouldn't trigger. This removes any question as to whether the Ambassador should trigger, since no recruitment powers should be activated.
Si c'est l'éditeur qui vous a demandé de l'implémenter comme ça , malheureusement il se trompe.
Il y a eu un message erroné du créateur du jeu (Bruno Cathala) en 2015 qui s'est propagé et trompé tout le monde et il est revenu dessus en s'excusant en 2017.
Il a confirmé plusieurs fois depuis que non, lorsqu'on libère un seigneur avec la libératrice on ne regagne pas le pouvoir si c'est une flèche.
Et ils ont même maintenant supprimé les clefs qui étaient présentes sur les ambassadeurs pour éviter la confusion.
