The top is after refreshing the browser (Brave (Chromium) on macOS) to fix it, bottom is before refreshing.
I did not see this in another game (both turn-based) after closing the scoresheet, but in this game after I played my cards for their effects, it was scoring time without having to wait for other players, so it did that piece and then once I X'd out the scoring sheet, the cards still had their effects noted. In the game where I didn't see it I think I didn't see the score sheet until revisiting the game later as other players still had to do their card effects first.
No biggie, but I suspect it's not the intended visual behavior. -
