I didn't change anything in my notification settings, but I still stopped recieving e-mail notifications when it's my turn at a table. Occasionally I recieve one, but most of the time I check the site only to see it's my turn at several tables.

Report history
I have been to the settings, modified one settings and saved, but that does not change.
I did get the automatic renewal notice for my subscription in mid-October, but I haven't received anything since then.
As the op states, it is inconsistent in its reliability and as a paying premium user that's a bit disappointing.
We have checked spam. The messages either do not get sent or are undelivered. We all use Gmail if that helps.
The notifications I do receive all pass SPF and DKIM so unlikely that's the issue.
I noticed emails come from a 4 year old release of PHPMailer (5.2.28) so that might be worth looking at.
Depending on your logging you could audit your system for players that took a turn after the interval at which they should be sent a notification, but no notification is logged?
I'll hazard a guess that it's an overburdened system that can't keep up with the number of email jobs and to avoid an ever increasing queue, jobs are dropped if the user takes their turn before the job is actioned.
