1 Player left without logging off.
Remaining 3 players quit/abandoned the game.
Remaining players cannot start new games or access ongoing games because they keep getting redirected back to the game that they've all quit.
The only way we could get the game to let us out was to call the player who had logged off and get them to log back on and abandon the game.
As the game was real time and they had logged out, the system should have allowed the game to be abandoned by the remaining players.
