I wanted to colonize a barren planet where a colony was destroyed previously. It's a deep space barren planet called Ada.

• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened

I usual when colinizing a planet, move the colony ship there, then choose the option to colonize. However, in this case, that option doesn't appear. When the colony ship arrived at the plantet, the planet had a "5 PC" marker already in it, althought the enemy colony was destroyed a couple of turns before. Indeed, there was a big "fiver number" in the image of the planet (see the image in the link)
