• Which part of the rules was not followed by the BGA adaptation?
An Incantation card can be played during one’s turn, in the Summoning phase and during the Assault phase. However, there is no option to do that during the game.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

You cannot play incant during assault phase. This was a rule during beta testing of the game which was removed later.
