Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
Currently, when I send a ship to a destination that has an opponent's lighthouse, I cannot cancel my turn while waiting for that opponent to choose the lighthouse effect but I can cancel it afterward.
I would think that the opposite would make more sense:
As long as the other player hasn't made a choice for their lighthouse, I should be allowed to change my mind.
Once the lighthouse owner has chosen, allowing to cancel the turn is a bit dubious and it is potentially confusing and slow in turn based mode.
I had it happen to me: I played my turn, had to wait for a day for the owner to decide and suddenly it was my turn again with just "confirm or cancel turn" but I wasn't too sure anymore what my turn had even been...
