Aag campaigned against Hungary, which was in my tableau and had Pope Julius as a vassal. He was successful, gained Hungary, and Julius as vassal was discarded in the process.
Aag then had -1 Catholic prestige showing up in his user display. Upon refreshing it went away.
I suspect it's just tied to the player performing the discarding action, and since he didn't have any Catholic prestige to begin with, it subtracted the 1 from Julius from his 0. -
