After all player finished programming, racing phase start. Each player starts their turn in "smile" order.
When the last player start their turn, they lose 1 battery. If they have shield, discard the shield instead. -

I've checked that there are another real time table have this issue.
Table 456866393, Move 17, 57, 99
And I've tested in a turn-based that just open. Table 456862073, the bug is not appear.
In move 49 (same table), the race car lose 1 battery (correct lose times) but the player have shield (which should use the shield first). snipboard.io/vfjdHM.jpg
