Currently in a 3+ player game, if a player is skipped, other will be counted as tie. So those low ELO player will be more positive to kick player, and those high ELO player sometimes can't get any ELO even he's near to win, just because someone was outtimed.
I suggest that when someone is skipped, only that player have to give ELO to other player, other player's ELO doesn't change because of the tie.
For example, in a 4 player game, A was outtimed, then A-B, A-C, A-D count as A lose and ELO changes, but B-C, B-D, C-D shouldn't make the ELO change because it's not a true tie. -
