I wanted to skip tucking a bird card behind another bird.

I clicked the skip buttoned multiple times. I tried reloading the page. I tried shift-reload. I tried leaving the game and going back in. It will not let me skip tucking a bird behind the horned lark even though there is a skip option and a red skip button at the top of the display for the move.
