I pressed the plus icon to use a single x-token, which visually increased the action value of the build action from 5 to 6, then clicked on the build action, and built a reptile house.

After performing the action the game then moved to the end of turn confirm selection without giving the option to place another enclosure, even though I should be able to place a size 1 enclosure still.
