I have an Asian Elephant 5 size in my zoo but no enclosure for it at a point in the game

Can you just look at the image? Isn't it possible that the game let me free a 5 enclosure even though I shouldn't have? I have posted a replay of the game with comments exactly where the bug occurs, did you look at it?
I see now, thank you for your answer - sorry for going on about it.
It was such a shrewd strategy that I thought it was a bug.
