Comme conseiller sur la page aide au depannage, j'ai effectue les etapes suivantes :

- Essayez de jouer sur BGA depuis un autre navigateur ou une autre connexion internet : meme symptome sur un autre navigateur (Microsoft Internet explorer), sur un autre PC ainsi qu'avec une connexion internet differente.
- Essayez de jouer sur BGA en utilisant le mode Privé de votre navigateur ou essayez de désactiver les plugins ou extensions : meme symptome avec le mode prive.
- Essayez de désactiver le bloqueur d'annonces ou de scripts si vous en utilisez un (Adblock Plus, NoScript, ScriptSafe, uBlock, ...) : meme symptome avec les bloqueurs d'annonces et de script desactiver.
