I think I accidentally clicked on a ship I had already sunk. When I tried to click somewhere else instead the game said it wasn't my turn.

Report history
You can see in the transcript that when I tried to click on a new square it said it's not my turn and the other player got another turn instead.
See from Move 64-67
Interface was buggy and cannot click the water. It instead clicks the sunken ship and skips my turns.
