I used Cruel Doctor (at start of turn, send a henchman to jail to get 1 dollar and activate, on activation get 3 more dollars and a hire from the discard pile) and Cowardly Pickpocket (when 1 or more of your henchmen is freed, gain 2 dollars, and may steal 1 more from opponents). Both are scoundrels, with abilities that "gain or steal money".

Nothing. I didn't get a prompt to use Greedy Prospector, nor could I use him by just clicking him in the timing window of "after you use a scoundrel to gain or steal money". with Cruel Doctor, my only option was to use my Energetic Automaton (arrow follow-up, activates when scoundrel on the right or left activates) and I couldn't use the Greedy Prospector. And with the Cowardly Pickpocket, after i stole money with him, my turn ended and other players had their "may place henchman on a poker card" step
