Refreshing did not help - the system was just frustratingly slow. See chat logs - both of us experienced this.

Constant errors Timer going negative after I chose my action, soemtimes it takes place, someitmes it doesn't, once got kicked entirely out of BGA, assuming server issues, my opponent was having similar issues

"Thinking time" for each player was 22 minutes
Total game time was *74 minutes* so at least 30 minutes of waiting for the server. This should be a 15-20 minute game.
when i talked to my opponent he also has the same problem in the same game
