Not able to undo or confirm line. It was grayed out.

The tiles were placed in an available column. When I did that it froze. I don’t know how else to explain this. I’ve played this game multiple times and know the rules.

I’ve already told you in detail what happened. This isn’t a false report the game froze and I got penalized for it. If the penalty isn’t going to be removed then forget it. This has to be the most frustrating experience reporting a bug with your system that I’ve had. This is also the first combo have made.

Game timer kept running when the server was reporting the move and then froze while updating. All the while the timer was running. After the third around every turn I took ended up freezing. I was then expelled from the game. Please address the server and timer issues.

As you can OBVIOUSLY see, your server is overwhelmed with gamers and you, the gamer, are penalized for this. We have sent multiple requests with evidence showing the issue and methods tried to correct the issue. PLEASE STOP PENALIZING PLAYERS FOR THIS SERVER ISSUE.

F5 did nothing.
Froze loading first screen (no progress marked). I never got to see any gameplay (yet the log says I made a move after I timed out). I'm a premium member, I don't think you have the pricing model right if servers can't cope. Nothing wrong with my internet connection. Everything else online working fine.

The game was frozen on another player. I voted to skip their turn after waiting 3 minutes. Then I refreshed the page, and it said that it was me whose turn was skipped and I lost Karma!

My opponent was supposed to make a move. I kept waiting. At some point the game just showed me I have abandoned the game and got penalised. I did not abandon, I was just waiting for my opponent to move.
I want my points and elo back!

Lors du tour du joueur me précédant, nous attendions qu'il joue et son temps limite a été dépassé. Il nous a été proposé de l'exclure. Je lui ai envoyé un message pour l'interpeller. Et lorsque que j'ai fermé la fenêtre de chat, on me dit que mon temps de jeu a été dépassé et que j'ai été exclue. Sauf qu'à aucun moment on ne m'a laissé la possibilité de jouer. Le jeu était resté bloqué sur le joueur qui me précédait avec son chrono qui continait à tourner. Le jeu n'est pas passé à mon tour de jeu. Ce n'est qu'en fermant la fenêtre de chat sur laquelle je suis restée 10 secondes que j'ai appris que j'etais exclue. Ensuite le jeu m'a bloqué pendant tout le reste de la partie, m'empêchant de jouer et affichant des messages d'erreurs.

I am confused about how to report this issue. I know I could not play--I do not abandon games. (I did one time a few months ago because I was being harassed about the time it took me and learned my lesson then.) In this game, I remember I could NOT play and I kept writing him notes saying it was frozen. Those notes did not send either. I remember finishing the game on my own and he was no longer available. That was a problem with Boardgame Arena and it affected both me and my opponent, which is a shame. I had thought I won the game because my opponent was no longer "online" but in fact, I was given a huge penalty. This isn't cool. Thank you for looking into it when you can.

Similar bugs have happened to me numerous times, in which my opponent does not make a move, I ask if they're still there, I refresh multiple times, still no response or play from them, so I eject them when their time runs out, only to suddenly see once I confirm the ejection that they did place tiles. Either these players are bots, or the interface is so unstable that my opponents are getting penalized unnecessarily.

Another player was idling and I was awaiting for my turn. I didn't have any connection issues. After his/her time expired I chose to omit their turn, but there was an error and I refreshed the game. After that, I showed as timed out, I was unfairly kicked out and penalised.
