I have 1 remaining worker and three eligble placement spots ($1, two of the coal cars). When I select any of these and hit the 'confirm or restart' prompt, I get a red banner indicating 'the server reported an error'. I tried allowing the autoconfirm timer to run out and clicking confirm manually. There does not appear to be any option to pass to advance the game, I can only restart my turn.
