In the audit trail (the text replay on the right-hand side of the game actions that have occurred), I can see which cards players have captured. The following round, this data should be hidden in the audit trail, so I players can't go back and look up what cards opponents have in their hand

Report history
My suggestion would be to change the captured card text to, "[player] keeps a Violence card."
Technically the logs can be hidden, but doing so cannot block players writing down the information or checking the replay at all, boosting the advantage of players who exploit the feature.
So, I will not implement this unless you really insist.
