Please fix the bug that two ships can be placed side by side on the field. According to the standard rules, there must be at least one free space between ships horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
The digital version is even more forgiving than the actual tabletop Battleship game. We used to place crisscrossed ships on the board, and could fool the opponent into thinking they had completed a ship of a larger size, when in fact they had completed portions of two ships.
