I bought Landscaping Office, expecting to be able to remove some of my sand pits in exchange for sand/clay. In order to pay for the building, I first activated one of my building abilities, then bought the building, then (unexpectedly) it did not prompt me to clear any sand pits (or even prompt me to pass), it just prompted me to confirm.
