Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
The game is soooo slow compared to playing in real life. Here are two things to speed things up:
- allow premove with gatling and indians (like with all "regular" card games on BGA)
- give a limited time to react to cards played by other players: gatling, indians, duel, bang, play beer to survive. 10 seconds should be more than enough! If you haven't done anything after 10 seconds it automatically considers that you're not reacting. For general store, it could give you a random card if you're taking too long to choose. -
• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened

Report history
IMHO, this is a terrible idea. Under ideal circumstances it would be fine, but from the nature of things, all players play over the internet, sometimes located on the opposite side of the globe from one another. This kind of strict timer would cause a lot of issues due to unavoidable network issues.
Having to wait longer than when the game is played "in person" is the price to pay for having the possibility to play online. I, for one, am happy to pay this price as it allows me to play any time I feel like it. This is especially important for a game like Bang, where you really need at least 5 people for a fun match.
