Your game is still running, so I can't view the replay yet to both verify and analyze the issue. Will you respond here when your game concludes? If so, I'll spend some time looking into this for you.
Furthermore, I will do one more transport action before the game end.
So we will see if the bug happen again.
Lastly, not sure if it's related to the bug, is that the slot was occupied by relocating one resident.
How it became occupied doesn't matter, provided it was already occupied at the start of your turn, per the rules.
It's not a bug, it happened because there are no more human in supply.
So it just skipped the bonus directly.
