Another player scouted with me - I received a black meeple but I don't have an option to use it at all.
If I hit undo - i lose the black meeple alltogether -

The scouting was done at move 340.
At move 347 it shows that I have a black meeple available but not allowed to use it even though I have elligible spots on the table • Which browser are you using?
