This was a three-way game with players at 165, 191 and 134 ELO. The 134 ELO player lost the game, the other two tied. The calculation of the win for 191 over 134 was 18.86 for both players and that was correctly applied to both players. The calculation of the win for 165 over 134 was calculated correctly as 20.5 for the 134 player. But it was calculated incorrectly as 6.83 for the 165 player. So the 165 player received 14 fewer ELO points than he should have. (See screenshots.) This may be because the 134 player got his ELO change clipped, although the numbers do not match up.
