Detailed description
-
• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
Ghouls are imbalanced in 2-Player games if chosen first, because if a player choose ghouls in turn 1, they go in decline in turn 2, and starting from a turn 3 they actually are playing with two "active" races against one. This is impossible to beat in 99% cases.
The proposal is to add an option to select a parameter before games for two players to exclude ghouls, or to make impossible to select them as a 1st race. -
• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened

Report history
But maybe, at some point we can think of some mechanism to balance things (auction to start, remove some combos from initial setup,...) and see if designer approves.
What often allows this is when such things are done in real life championships (this is how we get the snake draft for Heat I think).
But I guess there isn't much of an active competitive IRL scene for this game... (Could be wrong)
