The same rank skip becomes useless if the next player in the playing order has left the game

Yarel77 left during move 11. In moves 18 and 41 they got skipped by a same rank skip.
This created an unfair advantage for gamer 191 (me), because gamer191's skips were skipping DPL111, resulting in gamer 191 getting another turn (paulinesubil left in move 6), whilst DPL111's skips were skipping Yarel77, which had no effect
