When a player rage quits on the last round of the game, ELO points are not being awarded to the winner. Game appears to be completed to the 98%, and it gives the game result as a tie between the other 3 players. This happened to me on game #584288284 and awarded me with 0 ELO points although I was clearly the winner.

You are right but it is not a TTR problem.
It is on BGA that something must be made.
There is, for example, already a BGA suggestion on that problem, you can vote for it!
