The Ghastly Woe talent card (for Legion) reads that each angel gets to choose which effect to apply to themselves. When playing recently, a friend and I "voted for" opposite options.
Because we "didn't agree" (which we don't have to), the game had a roll-off, to randomly choose what happened. To make matters worse, it did independent rolls for each of us, and we both "won" the wrong thing! -
