Report history
Sure, but there's no need to remove the dice that were selected.
For example, we could present the four dice (red, blue, blue, purple) then have counters where you can click +/- to decide which ones you want to keep (kind of like how it's done in Cosmoctopus).
Alternatively, when a dice has been selected there could be an outline around it to show it has been selected and is what will be kept.
You could also show the selection on top and when you click on them a new row appears that shows the selected die.
I feel there are many other ways that the UI could be implemented.
