If you have less than 12 military points you cannot take a 5. green card.
Taking an extra card costs 3 coins, if already a player is in this tower. This rule is valid too, if you are in the blue tower and wants to take an extra card from the blue tower you have to pay the 3 coins
By the way purple cards could be difficult to take, because you have an malus of minus 4

Please regard these rules:
- If you cannot take a green card, please check if you have enough military power!
- If there is already a family member from other player (or yourself) in a tower where you want to fetch the extra card, you must pay the extra fee of 3 coins!
- Check your dice power and if you have enough servants to enforce your dice
- Check your church penalty.
- Possible action are always marked with a white dotted border, if no card is possible, there will be no error message.
If you are sure you have all resources and the rules, please send me a screenshot with the game situation, maybe there is really a bug, thx.
