Currently it shows only the quantity of each type of beer/bread cards you've made which is less useful -

Report history
The count of sold/cleaned ones is helpful for some scoring upgrades.
Filling the scorepad before the end gives you some kind of assistance and must be validated by the editor as it's bending the rules...
