#148640: "Couldn't close the round early when it was a game mode where it's 100% allowed."

Wanted to close the round early. Wasn't able to, I triple checked that the game mode should have allowed it. It was the same as in the current Arena format (6 rounds, 6-card grid, Line Scoring, everything else Enabled).

The "Close round' button was completely missing.
