No error message. Tooltips don't appear in the android app anymore. I've uninstalled, cleared all data (app and Chrome since the runs in Chrome), joined beta, along with verifying tooltips are turned on every time. Makes it very difficult to strategically play some games, and impossible to get information when needed.
