I buit a federation. After that I built a mine near this federation (in black planet).
When i want to create an other federation, i want to include this mine and i can't.
the rule says that it's not possible to use the same mine for some federation, but this is not the case. -

1. The error message ("i want to include this mine and i can't" doesn't tell us anything)
2. A screenshot showing what you're trying to do.
"federation not allowed with a mine near an other federation of the same player"
changed to
"Illegal federation not allowed"
