Trying to talk with a friend choose a game to play which can require a back and forth conversation rather than typing everything. Tried using the Audio chat and/or the Video chat, and there is no sound. I have a premium account so this should be possible. In the video chat, we can see each other, they can hear me but I am unable to hear them. I have confirmed my speakers are working as I can hear the sounds from BGA or watch a video from BGA but am unable to hear other players and it does not seem to matter whether I am in-game or in the lobby.
In other 'meetings' you can test your microphone and speakers, but I do not see that feature here.
Any thoughts? • Which browser are you using?

This issue with the chat has been occurring for the last few weeks and it making it frustrating to use BGA for connecting with friends and family.
