Nothing, the game proceeded the action itself. I think that kinf of thing can be good to improve the adaptation on BGA (a lot of actions could be done by the algorithm, when there is just one choice), but here i think i should have a choice.

The game automatically healed myself, without letting me the choice. But the rules says this picto means "you can heal a prisonner" and they also say "Serenade is considered as a prisonner". So i guess i'm able to heal it ?
