Link to the screenshot of the error (unfortunately, the error is in Russian, it says that the image could not be uploaded, and there are problems with the Internet, although there are no problems with the Internet).

Please try the following:
- Disable adblockers and try again (reload cache)
- Disable any VPNs running on your system and try again
- A corporate proxy might be the cause for the issue
- Sometimes, ISPs in specific countries might block content - if you are not running a VPN, you can try with one
