So, Golden Shields can block States OR Damage, but it auto-blocked damage, I thought it'd at least ask as they're special Shields, y'know maybe you want to take the damage but prevent a later state
As such, I think Golden Shields should create a prompt for the bearer to decide if they wish to take regular damage or use their Golden Shield -

I think this should also apply to States too, so not auto-Golden, but let the bearer decide if they wish to block this State or perhaps they'd prefer to wait and block a later State
