At some point, I wasn't able to do ANY game actions. The game was blocked and abandoned

• At which step of the game did the problem occur? What was the current game instruction?
Select an element to add to your mall or to convert into money• What happened when you tried to do this game action (error message, game status bar message, ...)?
game board interface shrunk/collapsed/squashed so I could not access/view game board nor could I make a move• Which browser are you using?

I have an image but the imgur.com link did not work
hovering over pieces gave pop up but I could not see my playing board
