We completed our game successfully with a win, having not placed a die in the kerosene square. The display told us we won, flight log recorded a win, but we were able to observe the kerosene meter drop by 6 in both the game display and the game log, and I still had a die remaining had I wished to place one there prior to finishing the game. It didn't effect the outcome, but I suspect that the turn end check on the kerosene meter doesn't respect the game end check.
