I can start your tutorial boardgamearena.com/tutorial?game=twinkletwinkle&tutorial=1837 even though my first language is not English. But of course it is shown to me in English (my second language), since it is a new (alpha) tutorial. And I am sure you, the master of tutorials, know this :-)
