Missing translation: some text is displayed in English instead of my language

Artifact names in top bar messages and game logs are not translated.
Tooltips are fine.• Is this text available in the translation system? If yes, has it been translated for more than 24 hours?

I scoured the code and played through a few games. I think I have fixed this.

Artifact names in the game logs are now translated, but the names in the top bar messages are not translated.
