The universal goal cards are a fixed clock for the end of the game. Knowing how many rounds remain is key information. As far as I can tell, the interface does not display this information anywhere.

On a related note, it's somewhat confusing that the card in the third slot is going to score this round, while the fourth slot is always empty. Why not just have three slots? Maybe this makes sense in the physical version?
