Ony gotten right spot, I have a red heroe, which has one energy and gives an additional energy to all heroes in the bottom row.
This worjes fine.
Now the card has a shocked marker on it.
No card should revive the additional energy.
The other two cards do loose this additional energy - the red shocked heroe itself still bennefits from the additional energy. It is two energy strong.
