Report history
The placement bonuses for delegates are a bit odd as well, without the Turmoil cards.
What's more baffling is that two other maps are still missing (Utopia Planitia and Terra Cimmeria).
Also, there are delegate placement bonuses.
These won't function properly without Turmoil.
I'm Comfortable marking things as "not a bug" or "confirmed" or "info needed."
