I was hoping to be able to do a second courtier action. NOT the placement of a courtier but the advancement of a courtier. Unknow if this is the correct way the game should play or not. Just wanted to be able to move one of my courtier's up in the castle. I have two courtiers in the castle.

I had a courtier action which got me a new card. The white line at the bottom of the card matched the white die I used to get the original courtier action. That card was replaced by the new card which also had a courtier action on it.

Only the first courtier action was displayed greyed out. But on other turns BOTH the "Place a courtier for 2 yen" AND the "Pay 2/5 to move a courtier" are displayed and even though I could not pay 2 yen at that time I was still able to move a courtier up. If I can do that at THAT time - should I not be able to do it at this time?
