Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
I'd like to report an issue I encountered in a recent Arena match.
I was assigned an opponent, and when the game start screen appeared (where the 5-second countdown usually begins), an hourglass icon was displayed for my opponent, and the countdown never started.
Seeing the "Abandon" button, I clicked it. Shortly after, the message "Gyakugyaku refused to start the match" appeared. At that point, I exited the game.
Upon returning to the platform, I found that the match had actually started, and I had been expelled due to running out of time.
This clearly indicates a system malfunction, as the information displayed to me did not match the actual game state. I kindly request that this issue be investigated and, if possible, my status be restored or any lost time/points be reimbursed.

You should file a system bug, then. This isn't something we control from within the game.
> my status be restored
We're not employees, just volunteer maintainers for the game. This isn't a game bug and we don't have access to do what you're requesting.
