Report history
Since in real life, we'd be able to switch our bid until we all yell Yo Ho Ho, it's artifical to have it locked in.
(I understand it's harder to program what I am suggesting).
But yes, the idea is if after you confirm, you stare at the game waiting for everyone else to bid and get second thoughts, you could be able to say "actually, let me change my bid, since we're still waiting for Bob to make his bid anyway"
